Consultation: If you haven't decided on a specific school, we'll discuss your preferences and find the best match based on your objectives.
Document Submission: Once your application is complete, we will submit your soft copy paperwork to the school for initial screening.
Clarification and Corrections: If there are any questions or mistakes, we'll ask you for clarification or corrections.
Final Documentation: After finalizing your documents, including necessary translations (hard copies), we send them to the school. The school then forwards all documents to the relevant immigration authorities.
Soft Copy Submission: Submit your soft copy paperwork to the school for initial screening.
Final Submission: After corrections, submit all required paperwork with translations (hard copies) to the school. The school will then forward these documents to immigration.
Wait for Results: Once submitted, await feedback. If immigration requires further information, they may contact you or your sponsor and related offices. There will be no updates during this period.
COE Issuance: Once approved, we will notify you. You will receive your COE and other necessary documents from us and the school.
Tuition Payment: After COE issuance, the school will request payment of tuition fees.
No Objection Letter (NOC): Obtain a No Objection Letter from the Ministry of Education and transfer the tuition and other fees mentioned in your invoice letter to the nearest bank.
Embassy Visit: With your original COE and other required documents, visit the Japanese embassy to apply for your student visa.
Pre-Departure Preparation: Attend a pre-departure class at our office, book your flight ticket, and prepare for your journey to Japan.
Departure: Collect your visa from the embassy and embark on your journey to begin your studies in Japan.

Application Form (Collected by MEC from Japanese School) with Resume: Complete the application form provided by Morita Education Center, along with your resume.
Expense Support Oath (Original): Submit a signed oath of financial support, demonstrating your ability to cover expenses during your studies in Japan.
Photographs (30mm x 40mm): Provide recent passport-sized photographs meeting the specified dimensions.
All Copies of Graduation Certificates and Transcripts: Include copies of all graduation certificates and transcripts, along with the main copy of the most recent graduation certificate.
Occupation Proof (Student/Job) Certificate: Include a certificate verifying your current occupation status, whether you are a student or employed.
Japanese Language Certificate of MEC: If applicable, include a Japanese language certificate issued by Morita Education Center to demonstrate your proficiency.
N5/N4 Certificate & Transcript of JLPT/NAT: Submit certificates and transcripts from the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) or NAT if available.
